I. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE

1. Who We Are This website is operated by Stylized Fashion, a trading name of Wealth King Capital LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stylized Fashion and Wealth King Capital LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Applicability These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded between the customer and Stylized Fashion.

  • Definitions: In these terms, "Customer" refers to any natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business. "Distance Contract" refers to a contract concluded via our webshop system. "Day" refers to a calendar day.

II. THE OFFER & PRICING POLICY

4. Product Information We are not bound by manifest errors or mistakes in the offer (e.g., obvious pricing errors). Images are a true representation of the products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

5. Prices Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. Prices displayed are final purchase prices. Sales Tax may be calculated at checkout depending on your state's regulations.

  • Direct Savings: Because we ship directly from the manufacturer and eliminate intermediaries, retail margins, and local warehousing costs, we can offer our products at significantly lower prices.

  • Campaign Validity: The current Price Drop Sale is valid until February 28 or while stocks last.

  • Stock Policy: Stylized Fashion reserves the right to terminate the offer prematurely if the stock of the promotional items is exhausted ("gone = gone").

7. Regulatory & Tax Compliance We comply with all applicable tax regulations regarding online sales. Where required by law (e.g., Economic Nexus laws in the United States), we may collect and remit Sales Tax. Payment providers may also register transaction data in compliance with international anti-fraud regulations.

III. ORDERING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

8. Formation of Contract The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. We will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES (IMPORTANT) We value transparency regarding our logistics, which is directly linked to our Price Drop Policy.

  • Direct from Manufacturer: To offer you the most competitive price and avoid unnecessary storage and transport movements, our products are shipped directly from our logistics partners in China.

  • Delivery Estimate: Therefore, please take into account an average delivery time of 6 to 12 working days after your order has been processed.

  • Delays: If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or only partially, you will be notified no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case, you have the right to terminate the contract and request a full refund.

IV. RETURNS & REFUNDS

10. The 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

11. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store, but you may not use it.

12. Refund Process If you wish to return an item:

  • Reporting: You must contact us at support@stylizedfashion.com within the 30-day period.

  • Returning: You must ship the products back within 14 days after your return request has been approved.

  • Refund: We will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

13. Cost of Returns The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account, unless the item is defective or we made an error. Please note that returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China.

14. Exclusions The return policy does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products manufactured according to specifications.

  • Personal items (such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or beauty products) if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.

  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

V. QUALITY, PAYMENT & COMPLAINTS

15. Warranty & Disclaimers We guarantee that our products comply with the contract and specifications stated in the offer.

  • Defects: Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to us in writing within 30 days of delivery.

16. Payment Terms Amounts due by the consumer must be paid immediately upon conclusion of the contract via the provided payment methods. You have the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment data to us immediately.

17. Complaints Procedure

  • Reporting: Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted to us, fully and clearly described, within 7 days after you have discovered the defects.

  • Response Time: Complaints will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt.

VI. LEGAL & PRIVACY

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

19. Personal Information Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
