At Stylized Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help resolve it quickly. Below is our step-by-step guide on returns and issues.


🕒 1. THE 30-DAY WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original packaging/tags.


🔄 2. HOW TO RETURN (3 STEPS)

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unregistered returns cannot be processed.

Step 1: Registration

Send an email to support@stylized-fashion.com including:

  • Your Full Name & Order Number.

  • The Item Name you wish to return.

  • The Reason (e.g., wrong size, change of mind).

Step 2: Authorization

Wait for our team to approve your request. We will provide you with the final instructions.

Step 3: Shipping & Refund

Ship the package to the address below. Crucial: You must email us the Tracking Number of your return shipment. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within a reasonable timeframe.

⚠️ 4. ISSUES & COMPLAINTS

Did something go wrong? We sincerely apologize. Here is how to handle specific issues:

Issue Action Required
Defective / Damaged Item Email us immediately with your Order Number, a description of the fault, and clear photos of the defect.
Wrong Item Received Email us with your Order Number, the name of the item you ordered vs. what you received, and a photo of the wrong item.
Damaged during Shipping Take a photo of the damaged outer packaging BEFORE opening it. Send this to us within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Always wait for written confirmation from our support team before taking further action (such as returning or discarding the item).


💸 5. SHIPPING COSTS & EXCHANGES

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Stylized Fashion pays: If the error is ours (e.g., you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product).

  • You pay: If it is a personal choice (e.g., wrong size ordered, item no longer wanted). Costs depend on your chosen courier.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is:

  1. Follow the return procedure above for a refund.

  2. Place a new order for the correct size or color immediately.
